Operator
Designate Delegator
Operators are appointed on a per-project basis.
The project founder's account is automatically appointed as the Genesis (original) Operator.
The term of an Operator is two years from the time of appointment, and at the end of the term, a governance vote will be held to decide whether the existing Operator will continue to serve.
If an existing Operator's consecutive term governance proposal is voted against by at least 30% of the total project governance participation, a candidacy proposal will be made to appoint a new Operator. (Any other governance results shall be deemed to recognize the consecutive appointment of the current Operator.)
If the Operator wishes to do so, he or she may proceed with a candidacy proposal for the appointment of a new Operator even before the end of the term.
If a candidacy proposal is being made to appoint a new Operator, it will proceed in the following order:
If there is a candidate for an Operator, the Operator or Provider will proceed with a governance proposal that discloses the Candidate's commitment and determines whether the Candidate should be appointed as an Operator.
If the governance proposal that determines whether a candidate should appoint an Operator is voted in favor of 30% or more of the project's total governance participation, the candidate will be appointed as a new Operator.
The privileges of an existing Operator remain in effect until a new Operator is appointed. However, if an Operator's authority has been removed by governance, the Provider may appoint a temporary Operator whose authority is delegated only until a new Operator is appointed or the authority of an existing Operator is restored.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Operator takes the initiative to implement and develop all activities aimed at increasing the value of the Project or promoting the common interests of the Project DAO.
Operators set up, implement, and manage the universe and milestones for project operations.

The Operator designates and manages the official channels of the Project DAO, including Otherworld.
Operators manage and supervise the implementation of delegated R&R for project operations, such as Associators and Creators.
If the Operator determines that it is difficult to decide on its own or that the judgment of the Project DAO is necessary, the Operator can proceed with the governance proposal and develop activities based on the voting results of the governance proposal.
Operators can only develop activities that do not contradict the voting results of the governance proposal.
Operators can execute DAO funds according to the rules established by the DAO fund.
Operators must own at least 1% of the total governance power of the project.
The Operator must post the name in the manner required by the Provider within 7 days of receiving a request for a statement from the Provider.
The Operator cannot refuse to act in the manner prescribed by the Provider R&R in advance to manage and supervise the Operator's R&R.
Operators may not sell tokens acquired through Offering Items Ownership within 360 days of owning they own the Tokens during the compensation system.
