Provider

Designate Delegator

• Next Level Studio Co., Ltd., which is the Provider of the Otherworld service, is always appointed as the Provider of the project.

• The Provider cannot be changed.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Providers develop and provide all of Otherworld's DAO-tooling for providing projects.

• Providers continuously monitor and proactively improve the providing environment

• The Provider manages and oversees the Operator's R&R as defined below.

  • Providers can request ownership if the Operator does not own more than 1% of the total governance power of the project. If the Operator requested to secure ownership does not secure as much ownership as requested by the Provider within 30 days, the Provider may propose to the Project DAO a temporary removal of Operator authority governance. If such governance proposal is voted in favor of at least 5% of the total governance of the Project, all rights of the Operator may be temporarily removed for the period specified in the Proposal.

  • The Provider may request the Operator's statement if the Provider deems it necessary for all of the Operator's activities.

  • If the Provider determines that the Operator's R&R implementation is seriously problematic, the Provider may propose to the Project DAO a temporary removal of the Operator's authority governance, including the rationale for the judgment in the project. If such governance proposal is voted in favor of at least 5% of the total governance of the Project, all rights of the Operator may be temporarily removed for the period specified in the Proposal.

  • If the Provider determines that there is a significant problem with the Operator's R&R implementation and that the Operator continues to cause the problem, the Provider may propose to the Project DAO a permanent removal of the Operator’s authority governance, including the rationale for judgment in the project. If the governance proposal is voted in favor of 10% or more of the project's total governance participation, the Operator may be permanently removed from all rights.

  • If the authority of the Operator is removed by governance, the Provider may proceed with a candidacy proposal for the appointment of a new Operator. (This term is valid even if the period of removal by the Operator is temporary.)

• Providers are responsible for Tokens acquired through Offering Items Ownership (hereinafter referred to as “Reward Tokens”) in the Reward Program as defined below.

  • Providers may not sell Reward Tokens within 360 days of owning the Reward Tokens.

  • Within 680 days of owning the Reward Tokens, the Provider must return the Reward Tokens to Otherworld members in the manner determined by the Provider in a proportion determined by the Provider, within a range of at least 30% to a maximum of 50% of the Reward Tokens.

  • 민팅 컨트랙 : 런치패드 매출액 보관
  • 프로바이딩 컨트랙 : 위임 R&R or DAO 펀드 어카운트 주소 확인
  • 오퍼링 분배 컨트랙 : 배분율 확인, 자동 배분 실행

Offering Items Ownership

• 설명 : 런치패드 오퍼링 아이템에 대한 소유권 배분

• 배분율 : 오퍼링 라운드 공급량의 10%

• 배분 시점 : 임의

  • 오퍼링 라운드 진행 시점에 어카운트가 직접 민팅 컨트랙에 배분율에 대한 클레임-민팅을 요청하여 NFT(ERC-721) 컨트랙에서 민팅이 실행됩니다.
• 스마트 컨트랙

  • 민팅 컨트랙 : 클레임-민팅 요청 확인, 민팅 요청 전송
  • 오퍼링 컨트랙 : 오퍼링 라운드 공급량 확인

  • 프로바이딩 컨트랙 : 위임 R&R or DAO 펀드 어카운트 주소 확인
  • NFT(ERC-721) 컨트랙 : 아이템 민팅 실행

Internal Market Royalty

• 설명 : 프로바이딩 프로젝트에 포함되는 콜렉션 아이템이 아더월드가 제공하는 마켓 서비스에서 n차 거래될 경우 판매액에 대한 수익 배분

• 배분율 : 아이템 판매액의 2.5%

• 배분 시점 : 즉시

  • 아이템이 거래되는 시점에 마켓 컨트랙에서 자동으로 로열티가 배분됩니다.
• 스마트 컨트랙

  • 마켓 컨트랙 : 판매액 확인, 로열티 자동 배분 실행
  • 프로바이딩 컨트랙 : 위임 R&R or DAO 펀드 어카운트 주소 확인, 배분율 확인

External Market Royalty

• 설명 : 프로바이딩 프로젝트에 포함되는 콜렉션 아이템이 오퍼레이터가 커버하는 외부 마켓 서비스에서 n차 거래될 경우 판매액에 대한 수익 배분

  • 커버란, 외부 로열티 분배 컨트랙에 정의된 로열티 키퍼 어카운트를 외부 마켓에 지정하여 로열티를 보관할 수 있는 경우를 의미합니다.

• 배분율 : 아이템 판매액의 2.5%

• 배분 시점 : 임의

  • 오퍼레이터가 관리하는 로열티 키퍼 어카운트에 보관된 로열티를 외부 로열티 분배 컨트랙으로 전송할 경우 이미 정해진 배분율을 근거로 자동 배분됩니다.

• 스마트 컨트랙

  • 외부 로열티 분배 컨트랙 : 로열티 키퍼 어카운트 주소 확인, 로열티 자동 배분 실행

  • 프로바이딩 컨트랙 : 위임 R&R or DAO 펀드 어카운트 주소 확인, 배분율 확인
